Benita Rath, 34, leitet bei VOX seit 2019 die Creative Unit mit den Schwerpunkten Programmentwicklung und internationales Formatscouting. Nach dem Bachelorabschluss an der Medienakademie Hamburg und einem Masterstudium an der Donau Universität Krems, begann sie 2009 ihr Volontariat in der Entwicklungsabteilung von ITV Studios Germany (damals noch Granada). In der Folge arbeitete Benita Rath als Redakteurin und Promotion Producerin in den Redaktionen und Developments von ITV und Endemol, bis sie 2013 als Redakteurin der Programmentwicklung und Creative Unit zu VOX wechselte.

Benita Rath, 34, has been heading the Creative Unit at VOX with an emphasis on programme development and international format scouting since 2019. Following her Bachelor’s degree at DMA Hamburg and Master’s studies at Danube University Krems, she started a traineeship in the development department of ITV Studios Germany (at the time: Granada) in 2009. Subsequently, Benita Rath worked as an editor and promotion producer on the editorial boards and developments of ITV and Endemol before joining VOX as programme development and Creative Unit editor in 2013.
